Details of the Job/Internship
Indian Corporate Law Chambers is hiring a Litigation Associate to join their office in Noida. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing motions, managing court appearances, assisting with depositions, drafting legal documents, and providing litigation support in corporate and commercial legal matters in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.
- Prepare motions.
- Manage court appearances.
- Assist with depositions.
- Draft legal documents.
- Provide litigation support in corporate and commercial legal matters.
Eligibility
- Law degree from a recognised institution and enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
- Strong knowledge of law, including corporate and commercial legal principles.
- Experience in preparing and handling motions.
- Proficiency in conducting legal research.
- Familiarity with depositions and related legal processes.
- Experience in managing and navigating matters before courts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior legal experience in corporate or commercial sectors is an advantage.
- Commitment to ethical legal practice and corporate governance best practices.
