JK Gupta is hiring a Litigation Associate for a full-time, on-site role in Raipur. The candidate will handle and manage various aspects of litigation, including conducting research, drafting motions, taking depositions, and appearing in court. The role involves close collaboration with senior attorneys and requires strong legal acumen and analytical skills.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct research and legal analysis.
• Draft and file motions.
• Take depositions and prepare summaries.
• Appear in court as required.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support the litigation process.

Eligibility

• Strong skills in law with a solid understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Experience in drafting and filing motions.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
• Experience in taking depositions and preparing deposition summaries.
• Familiarity with court proceedings and protocols.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently with a legal team.

Salary/Stipend
