Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic reviews of business operations related to Indirect Taxation.
- Provide opinion and advisory services.
- Handle litigation matters at various forums and represent clients before regulatory authorities.
- Perform process reviews and business model structuring.
- Offer strategic legal and taxation services.
Eligibility
- Expertise in GST, Indirect Taxation, and compliance.
- Experience in advisory services and handling litigation matters.
- Knowledge of Excise, Service Tax, Customs, VAT, and Labor laws.
- Legal background or relevant qualifications in taxation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
