Details of the Job/Internship

JKB Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 3 years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Litigating Real Estate, Banking and Commercialdisputes (Property, SARFAESI, IBC, Banking andCommercial laws).
• Drafting and review of notices, application /petition, appeal etc. to be filed with the Hon'bleNational Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) / NationalCompany Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) / DRT /DRAT, High Court, City Civil Courts;
• Preparation of reply to legal notices and draftingof reply and rejoinder to be filed with the Hon'bleNational Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) / DRT/DRAT / High Court and City Civil Court;
• Appearance before the High Court / Nclt / Drt /Drat, City Civil Courts, Co-Operative Courts, ConsumerCourts. Maaistrate Court. Arbitrations. 

Eligibility

• Ability to come up with solutions to legal problemsAbility to work under pressure, meet urgentdeadlines and ability to multi task.
• Must be well read and possess legal documents.

Salary/Stipend
