Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti Legal LLP is hiring a Full-Time Core Litigation Advocate with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently manage client disputes from strategy formulation to final resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, and related documents.
- Represent clients in court through arguments, submissions, and effective advocacy.
- Handle cases end-to-end, including drafting, filing, research, and client coordination.
- Deliver favourable outcomes through proactive case planning and client-focused representation.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3–4 years PQE in core litigation and arbitration.
- Experience in civil, commercial, corporate, business, consumer, industrial litigation, and labour laws.
- Strong drafting, pleading, argumentation, and courtroom skills.
- Ability to handle cases independently without supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional etiquette.
- Must work strictly onsite; no hybrid, WFH, freelance, or retainership options.
- Candidates residing in South West or West Delhi preferred.
