Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring an Associate / Senior Associate – Real Estate with 3–8 years of experience to join their office in Bangalore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end real estate transactions and documentation.
• Conduct due diligence of property records and title verification.
• Draft and review lease deeds, sale deeds, and development agreements.
• Provide legal advisory on real estate laws and compliance.
• Liaise with clients and regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in real estate practice.
• Strong understanding of real estate laws and property regulations.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and client management skills.

Salary/Stipend
