Details of the Job/Internship

King Stubb & Kasiva, Advocates & Attorneys is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 1–4 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing of complaints, writs, appeals, contracts, and agreements.
• Research and drafting of legal opinions.

Eligibility

• Experience in handling litigation matters across District and High Courts and Tribunals.
• Knowledge of substantive and procedural laws required for corporate commercial litigation.
• Exposure to litigation and arbitration proceedings.
• Strong analytical ability, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
