Details of the Job/Internship

Kred-Jure, Advocates and Legal Consultants, is hiring a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of uninterrupted experience to join its litigation team in New Delhi. The role involves managing all stages of litigation support with a high level of independence and precision.

Role and Responsibilities

• Independently handle physical and e-filing processes at Delhi High Court and District Courts.
• Draft court pleadings, including writs, plaints, applications, replies, and legal notices.
• Conduct procedural appearances, mentions, and secure directions before forums.
• Perform in-depth legal research to support case strategies and documentation.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of uninterrupted post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, filing processes, and litigation drafting.
• Proficient in legal research and case management.
• Experience in procedural appearances before judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

Salary/Stipend
