Details of the Job/Internship
Kunal Khanna & Co. is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting a range of legal documents including commercial and civil suits, trademark/copyright/design cancellation petitions, Regular First Appeals, and more.
- Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with Court requirements.
- Conducting legal research on platforms like SCC, and Manupatra, and assisting with case strategies.
- Engaging with clients and coordinating legal matters.
- Representing clients before various Courts of Law including argument preparation and assisting in mediation processes and other Courts of Law.
Eligibility
- PQE: 0-2 Years.
- Qualification: LLB (preferably enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council)
