Lawkins is hiring a Litigation Associate to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling legal tasks such as legal research, drafting suits, writs, SLP, Complaints, Trademark objections and oppositions, and representing clients in courts.
- Passionate and hard-working freshers with a keen interest in Litigation are also welcome to apply.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law.
- Strong knowledge of Law and Court procedures.
- Experience in conducting legal research and drafting.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
