Details of the Job/Internship
Lex Pyramid is hiring an Associate with 1–2 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft complaints, bail applications, petitions, and written submissions.
- Make regular appearances before Trial Courts, Sessions Courts, and other legal forums.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and assist in case strategy development.
- Attend client conferences and assist in case briefings.
- Coordinate with court staff and the registry for filings and procedural matters.
- Adhere to professional work ethics and strict legal timelines.
Eligibility
- Enrolled with the Bar Council.
- 1–2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Strong drafting and legal research skills are mandatory.
- Practical exposure to criminal litigation is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to independently handle court appearances.
