Details of the Job/Internship

Lexansh & Co. is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 0 to 1 year to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research on case law, statutes, and legal precedents to support litigation strategies.
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, responses, and other legal documents..
• Assist in managing client cases, maintaining files, tracking deadlines, and ensuring timely filing of documents. Monitor case developments and proactively manage tasks to meet key deadlines.
• Attend hearings, conferences, and trials, providing support to senior attorneys and, Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates on case developments, advising on legal options, and gathering necessary information to support case preparation.
• Assist in the discovery phase, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, reviewing documents, and preparing summaries for senior attorneys.
• Support settlement discussions and alternative dispute resolution processes, including.
• Work closely with senior associates, partners, and other members of the litigation team to develop legal strategies and manage complex caseloads.

Eligibility

• Experience-0-1 year.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to draft legal documents with precision and clarity.
