Details of the Job/Internship

Lexansh & Co. is currently seeking a talented and experienced Litigation Advocate to join their esteemed team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Representing clients in litigation matters, including drafting, pleadings, conducting legal research, and presenting arguments in court.
• Collaborating with clients to develop case strategies and provide sound legal advice.
• Negotiating settlements and resolving disputes outside of court whenever possible.
• Conducting thorough case analysis to assess risks, anticipate challenges, and devise effective legal strategies.
• Maintaining accurate records of case developments and communicating regularly with clients on case progress.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) as a litigation advocate.
• Proven track record of successful litigation outcomes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
