Details of the Job/Internship

Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India is hiring a Litigation Associate with 4-5 years of experience to join their disputes team in Hyderabad. The role involves handling high-value commercial disputes, regulatory litigation, and arbitration proceedings before High Courts, Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and regulatory bodies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in litigation and arbitration before High Courts, Civil Courts, Tribunals, Consumer Commissions, and quasi-judicial authorities.
• Draft and review pleadings, submissions, opinions, and other legal documents.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case strategies.
• Work closely with partners and senior counsel on high-value matters.
• Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice to clients.
• Ensure adherence to firm standards in documentation, strategy, and client service.
• Mentor and guide interns/trainees within the practice group.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (or equivalent) from a leading university.
• Enrolment with the Bar Council of India.
• 4-5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, ideally in commercial, corporate, and regulatory disputes.
• Proficiency in English, Telugu, and Tamil.
• Strong drafting, oral advocacy, and client advisory skills.
• Strong research and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a dynamic environment.
• Commitment to professional excellence, ethics, and client service.

Salary/Stipend
