Details of the Job/Internship

Mahajan & Mahajan (“M&M”) is hiring a Litigation Associate with 2-5 years of experience to join their office in Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Background in litigation across diverse practice areas.
• Candidates from reputed law schools with a strong inclination to build a counsel practice are encouraged.
• Ability to identify legal issues, research thoroughly, and draft complex petitions under supervision.
• Full-time and exclusive commitment to the firm.
• Non-negotiables: Integrity, honesty, discipline, dedication, and professionalism.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently, and thrive in a small, impact-driven team.

Eligibility

• Take primary responsibility for complex drafting (75%) and handle court arguments (25%).
• Prior litigation experience in diverse matters at reputed offices preferred.
• PQE: 2-5 years.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
