Make Hay Consulting Private Limited is hiring a Litigation Associate (Chartered Accountant) for its Coimbatore office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth legal research for case preparation.
• Draft motions and manage legal documentation.
• Handle court-related documentation and filings.
• Assist in depositions and legal proceedings.
• Represent cases in courts or supported proceedings where required.
• Coordinate with clients and team members for litigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with interest in litigation and compliance.
• Knowledge of legal frameworks, regulations, and compliance.
• Experience in drafting legal documents and motions.
• Familiarity with court procedures and depositions.
• Strong research, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary/Stipend
