Mangal Leela & Associates is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in Mumbai.
- Preferred Candidates: Mumbai based.
- Joining: September 2024.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting Pleadings, Motions and other ancillary pleadings;
- Prepare and Appear before MM, City Civil Courts,Revenue and High Court;
- Assist with Case Management; and Provide complete office assistance.
- All work to be under taken by Associate.
Eligibility
- 0-2 years experience in Litigation.
- Recent Graduate,Sanad with Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa or in process of applying for Sanad;
- Understanding of Civil Procedure Code and Important Civil Laws;
- Excellent Oratory, Written and Presentation Skills;
- Team collaborator.
