Details of the Job/Internship

MFA Legal Advocates & Solicitors is hiring a Litigation Associate with 0–1 year of experience to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before various courts including Madras High Court, City Civil Court, Commercial Court, Magistrate Court, Egmore, Consumer Court, NCLT, and DRT.
• Handle scanning of files and online case filings.
• Draft pleadings, legal opinions, and perform legal research.
• Communicate case updates to clients.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience).
• Enrolled with the Bar Council.

Salary/Stipend

Salary details will be finalised during the interview process with the selected candidate.
