Role and Responsibilities
- Handle litigation under SARFAESI, Sec 14, Arbitration, and NI Act.
- Represent the company in court and legal proceedings.
- Prepare and file motions and related legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and standards.
Eligibility
- Proficiency in law and legal documentation.
- Experience with motion preparation and filing.
- Strong legal research skills.
