Details of the Job/Internship

Noble Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate with 0–1 year of experience to join their practice in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist senior advocates independently in matters before the Supreme Court, High Court, and various Tribunals.
• Draft substantive legal documents, including petitions, applications, written submissions, and legal notices.
• Conduct in-depth legal research using databases like SCC Online or Manupatra to support case strategies.
• Manage chamber work, including case filing, listing follow-ups, and briefing preparation.
• Attend proceedings and assist in the day-to-day management of the firm's litigation docket.

Eligibility

• Experience: 0–1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE). Freshers with strong internship experience in litigation are encouraged to apply.
• Preferred Background: Prior exposure to proceedings before the Delhi High Court is highly desirable.
• Skills: Sound drafting skills and the ability to perform precise legal research.
• Commitment: Ability to work independently and handle the rigors of a high-pressure litigation environment.
