Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on legal issues and precedents relevant to assigned cases or projects.
• Analyze and interpret complex legal documents and statutes.
• Prepare comprehensive reports, memos, and briefs summarizing research findings.
• Assist in drafting legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders, both orally and in writing.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized institution.
• Admission to the Bar Council.
• Minimum of one year of experience in litigation, preferably with a reputable law firm.
