The Office of Advocate Subha Shiny is hiring a Litigation Associate/Junior with experience to join their office in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Represent clients in various litigation proceedings and court hearings.
• Provide comprehensive litigation support, including case research and analysis.
• Assist in the drafting of legal pleadings, petitions, and applications.
• Manage case files and ensure all procedural formalities are met.
• Coordinate with the senior advocate for trial preparation and client briefings.

Eligibility

• Law graduate (LLB) or junior advocate.
• Ability to work in a physical office setting in Chennai.
• Preference for candidates residing within Chennai City limits.
• Availability to join on an immediate basis.
