Details of the Job/Internship
Orange & Grey Advocates and Solicitors is hiring a Litigation Associate to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing court cases;
- Keeping the files up to date and ensuring that all orders are complied with;
- Research and drafting of plaints, written statements, applications, affidavits of evidence, agreements, etc.
- Appearing before courts.
Eligibility
The ideal candidate would be someone who has some basic understanding of procedural laws such as CPC, Cr.P.C., and Evidence; someone who is willing to devote long hours to the office and eager to learn. Freshers may also apply.
