Details of the Job/Internship
Pramah Lawmen is hiring a Litigation Counsel with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Gurgaon, Sector 53.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet pleadings, applications, notices, and legal opinions.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and quasi-judicial authorities.
- Manage the end-to-end litigation lifecycle, including filings and hearings.
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
- Handle pre-litigation advisory and dispute resolution.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Advise clients on legal risks, compliance, and transaction structuring.
Eligibility
- 3–6 years of relevant litigation experience.
- Strong drafting and oral advocacy skills.
- Experience in civil, commercial, and corporate disputes.
- Ability to independently handle matters and court appearances.
- Detail-oriented with strong research capabilities.
