Details of the Job/Internship

Prasanna Law Chambers (PLC) is seeking a Litigation Associate to handle diverse litigation matters across Delhi/NCR courts.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage complete case lifecycle including drafting, filing, and court appearances.
• Prepare lists of dates, applications, bail and revision petitions, and matrimonial pleadings.
• Conduct in-depth legal research, case law analysis, and trial preparation.
• Handle client briefings, argument preparation, and cross-examinations.
• Coordinate filing processes, obtain vakalatnamas, and manage court-related tasks.
• Work on due diligence and legal compliance for corporate clients.

Eligibility

• 1–2 years of experience in Delhi/NCR courts.
• Strong command over CrPC/BNSS, IPC/BNS, and Evidence Act/BSA.
• Proven experience in drafting petitions and trial-related documents.
• Solid understanding of trial and High Court procedures.
• Excellent written, oral, and research skills.
• LL.B. degree and a valid license to practice law in India.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Salary/Stipend
