Details of the Job/Internship
PRNAM Startup Consulting is hiring a Taxation Executive / Senior Executive with 2–5 years of experience for its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and analyze notices under Income Tax and GST laws.
- Draft accurate and timely responses to notices and maintain compliance trackers.
- Handle scrutiny cases, including limited and complete assessments.
- Prepare replies to show cause notices, demand notices, and audit queries.
- Represent clients before tax authorities and assist in adjudication and appeals.
- Prepare submissions, reconciliations, and documentation for proceedings.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients on litigation matters.
- Provide tax advisory and compliance strategies.
- Stay updated on tax laws, case laws, and regulatory developments.
Eligibility
- CA Inter / CMA / LL.B. / B.Com / M.Com / MBA.
- 2–5 years of experience in Income Tax and GST litigation or compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax and GST laws.
- Experience in handling notices, scrutiny, and assessments.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and tax portals.
- Candidates above 45 years of age, from outside Mumbai, or fully qualified CA/CS/CWA are not eligible.
