Reddy & Reddy Law Firm is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 1–3 years to join their legal practice in Pune. The role involves day-to-day litigation work, regular court visits, and coordination with courts, counsels, and related offices.
Role and Responsibilities
- Regular court visits and handling day-to-day litigation work.
- Filing pleadings, applications, affidavits, and related documents.
- Liaising with court clerks, registry offices, and judicial staff.
- Coordinating with senior advocates and counsels.
- Tracking case listings, orders, and certified copies.
- Maintaining case files, records, and cause lists.
- Ensuring compliance with court procedures and timelines.
- Travelling to courts, tribunals, and government or semi-government offices as required.
Eligibility
- 1–3 years of hands-on litigation experience.
- Strong understanding of court procedures and filing processes.
- Willingness to travel extensively for court and statutory work.
