Details of the Job/Internship
Regius Legal LLP is hiring for the position of Litigation Associate with a strong interest in litigation practice and with prior experience of 2-5 years.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the firm's litigation team, including researching, drafting legal documents and attending client meetings and court hearings.
Role and Responsibilities
As a part of the litigation team, one of the key responsibilities of the Associate is to conduct legal research on various legal issues related to litigation cases. The Associate is also responsible for drafting pleadings, motions, affidavits, and other legal documents related to litigation cases. Additionally, the Associate will prepare trial and hearing documents, as well as trial exhibits.
Whenever required, the Associate will attend court hearings and other legal proceedings as directed by senior lawyers. To ensure efficient case management, the Associate will assist with maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and organizing case documents.
In addition to these specific tasks, the Associate will provide general support to the firm’s litigation team as needed.

- Whether working independently or as part of a team, the candidate should be able to multitask effectively and pay close attention to detail.
- The candidate should prioritize tasks efficiently.

- The candidate should understand the importance and maintain client confidentiality.
