Details of the Job/Internship

Resollect is hiring a Litigation Associate for a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Bengaluru Area.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive legal proceedings related to asset recovery, repossession, and auctions.
• Draft, review, and file motions, pleadings, and legal notices with high attention to detail.
• Conduct extensive legal research to gather relevant case laws and precedents for financial litigation.
• Prepare for and manage depositions, including witness interviews and the collection of crucial evidence.
• Attend court hearings and represent the company's interests across various judicial forums.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure 100% compliance with recovery laws.
• Maintain a structured litigation docket to ensure all statutory deadlines are met.
• Assist in the legal aspects of the vendor marketplace, ensuring contractual adherence by all partners.

Eligibility

• Mandatory: Law degree (LLB) and active enrollment with the Bar Council of India.
• Proven proficiency in legal practice with experience in handling complex legal documentation.
• Strong skills in drafting motions and conducting specialized research in financial litigation.
• Familiarity with court processes and procedures in the Greater Bengaluru Area.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Prior experience in asset recovery, banking litigation, or related financial fields.

Salary/Stipend
