Details of the Job/Internship
Rikalp Capital is hiring for a Legal Litigation Field Profile with a minimum experience of 3 years to join their team in Jaipur.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle all ongoing and new litigation cases, including civil, criminal, labor, and consumer disputes.
- Draft various legal documents such as notices, replies, written statements, affidavits, and petitions.
- Coordinate with external advocates to manage hearings and refine legal strategies.
- Maintain a comprehensive litigation calendar to track hearing dates and case updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with all court orders, statutory notices, and legal regulations.
- Support settlement negotiations and participate in dispute resolution discussions.
- Manage field-related legal tasks and ensure timely filing of all documentation.
Eligibility
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation or LL.B. from a recognized university.
- Minimum Experience: 3 years in litigation management or legal practice.
- Strong proficiency in legal drafting and documentation.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to track complex case calendars and manage multiple legal deadlines simultaneously.
