Details of the Job/Internship

RPLC-Rane-Pingle Law Chambers is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal matters specifically related to Technology Law and digital disputes.
• Represent clients in court and before regulatory authorities for litigation proceedings.
• Draft and review complex legal documentation, pleadings, and technology-focused agreements.
• Provide strategic counsel on cybersecurity, intellectual property, and data protection compliance.
• Collaborate with clients to develop innovative case strategies for startups and tech firms.
• Support advisory efforts for businesses navigating complex global and local digital regulations.

Eligibility

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); additional specialization in Technology Law is an advantage.
• Expertise: Strong knowledge of Technology Law, Cyber Law, and IP protection.
• Experience: Prior experience in a law firm specializing in technology-focused cases is highly desirable.
• Skills: Proficiency in drafting and analyzing legal documents; familiarity with GDPR, DPDPA, and HIPAA is preferred.
• Competencies: Strong research, analytical, and advocacy skills with the ability to simplify complex legal concepts.
