Details of the Job/Internship

RST and Partners is hiring an Associate – Litigation with 0–1 year of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before the Bombay High Court and subordinate courts.
• Draft and refine pleadings, applications, affidavits, and legal notices.
• Conduct legal research and prepare research notes and hearing briefs.
• Assist in client meetings, strategy discussions, and file management.
• Coordinate with clerks, registry staff, and opposing counsel, ensuring timely filings.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with enrollment in the Bar Council.
• 0–1 year of litigation experience (including internships).
• Strong drafting, research, and oral advocacy skills.
• Organised, professional, and capable of meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and participate actively in courtroom work.

Salary/Stipend
