Details of the Job/Internship

S&K Partners is hiring a Litigation Associate with 1–4 years of experience for its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft motions and prepare legal documentation.
• Conduct legal research and case evaluation.
• Assist in depositions and litigation processes.
• Represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with legal teams and clients.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.
• Prepare case files and support overall litigation strategy.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent.
• 1–4 years of litigation experience.
• Strong understanding of legal principles and procedures.
• Experience with drafting, research, and court work.
• Familiarity with depositions and litigation processes.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• LL.M. is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
