Details of the Job/Internship

Samudra Legal LLP is hiring Litigation Associates with 4–7 years of experience to join their disputes team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of litigation matters independently.
• Represent clients in commercial litigation, NCLT, and DRT proceedings.
• Draft and review pleadings, petitions, and legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on corporate, civil, and contract disputes.
• Handle regulatory matters including SEBI-related issues.
• Manage multiple cases simultaneously and liaise with clients directly.

Eligibility

• 4–7 years of litigation experience.
• Enrollment with the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
• Strong analytical, advocacy, and drafting skills.
• Experience in NCLT and DRT matters (mandatory).
• Knowledge of corporate law, civil disputes, and commercial transactions.
