Samyakk Attorneys is inviting applications from practicing lawyers with 5–7 years of PQE in litigation to join its office in Kolkata. The role involves substantive, hands-on involvement in litigation matters before the Calcutta High Court, Commercial Courts, Civil Courts, and Tribunals, with a focus on drafting, briefing, research, and hearing preparation.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling litigation matters before the Calcutta High Court, Commercial Courts, Civil Courts, and Tribunals.
• Drafting pleadings and other legal documents.
• Briefing counsel and assisting in hearing preparation.
• Conducting legal research to support ongoing matters.

Eligibility

• Practicing lawyer with 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Exposure to matters before the Calcutta High Court, Commercial Courts, Civil Courts, and Tribunals.
• Strong interest and skills in drafting, briefing, legal research, and hearing preparation.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
