Details of the Job/Internship

SATVIK LAW is hiring for the position of Litigation Associate with 0-1 year of experience to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and prosecuting applications for trademarks, copyrights, and designs.
• Conducting IP searches and preparing legal opinions on registrability and infringement.
• Drafting and responding to legal notices, preparing pleadings, and assisting in litigation before courts and tribunals.
• Performing legal research and assisting in the preparation of client advisories.

Eligibility

• 0–1 year of relevant experience in intellectual property law (freshers with relevant internships may apply).
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Experience or exposure to IP filings, legal drafting, and court procedure is an advantage.

Salary/Stipend
