Details of the Job/Internship

Shepherd Law Associates is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 1 to 4 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal appearance, drafting and administrative tasks, gaining valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Eligibility

• Candidates having 1-4 years of core litigation experience such as drafting (SLP's, Writs, Appeals, Recovery/Declaration Suits, Summary Suits, Complaints, Insolvency Petitions, Reply, Written Statement etc), appearance before all Courts, Tribunals, Commissions etc. in Delhi and other states.
• The candiate should be able to argue the before any court/tribunal.
• Experience under Advocate on record will be preferred.

Salary/Stipend
