Details of the Job/Internship
Shri Nakoda and Company is hiring a Legal Associate (Litigation) with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join its Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft petitions, pleadings, written submissions, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analyze statutes and case laws.
- Independently appear and argue cases before courts and tribunals.
- Assist senior lawyers in strategizing cases and preparing for hearings.
- Manage case files, follow up with courts and clients, and ensure procedural compliance.
- Draft legal opinions and advisory notes for clients.
- Coordinate professionally with clients, courts, and stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized institution with Bar Council registration.
- Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in litigation or corporate law.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Sound understanding of procedural and substantive laws.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines under pressure.
