Siddharth & Associates is hiring a Litigation Associate to join their office in Faridabad. The role involves managing and representing clients in legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing motions, and participating in depositions. The associate will work closely with senior attorneys, attend court hearings, and handle client-related legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients in legal proceedings.
- Draft and prepare legal documents and motions.
- Conduct legal research on case-related matters.
- Participate in depositions and court proceedings.
- Work with senior attorneys on litigation strategies.
- Attend court hearings and support case management.
Eligibility
- Degree in Law (LL.B or equivalent).
- Membership in the Bar Council of India.
- Strong knowledge of law and legal procedures.
- Proficiency in drafting motions and legal documents.
- Ability to conduct thorough legal research.
- Experience in depositions and court proceedings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
