Details of the Job/Internship

SJR Primecorp is looking for candidate for the position of Litigation Associate.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Litigation Associate will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks related to litigation, including drafting motions, conducting research, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in court.
• The role will also involve working closely with legal teams and providing support for various legal matters.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and experience in litigation
• Kannada is mandatory
• RERA knowledge is mandatory
• Ability to draft motions and conduct legal research
• Experience in preparing for depositions and representing clients in court
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage workload
• Experience in real estate litigation is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
