Details of the Job/Internship

SKAA is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 0–2 years to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed legal research and perform case law analysis.
• Draft various legal documents required for dispute resolution.
• Provide comprehensive litigation support and handle court appearances.
• Review and analyze detailed evidentiary records.
• Work collaboratively within a team-oriented setting to meet case objectives.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 0–2 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE).
• Strong skills in legal drafting and research.
• Previous exposure to court appearances and litigation processes.
• Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and process evidentiary records effectively.
