Details of the Job/Internship

Soni and Soni are hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in preparing cases for court, including legal research, drafting motions, and trial preparation.
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of case files to advise on the best course of action in IP litigation matters.
• Engage in courtroom representation and advocacy under supervision, participating in litigation proceedings.
• Coordinate with clients to gather information, understand their IP-related needs, and update them on case developments.
• Analyze legal documents and evidence to build strong cases and strategically protect clients' intellectual properties.
• Participate in negotiation discussions to secure favorable legal agreements and settlements.

Eligibility

• Extensive experience in legal research focusing on intellectual property law and related legal fields.
• Proven ability in case analysis to provide insights and strategies for ongoing legal cases and IP claims.
• Strong legal writing skills to draft precise legal documents, motions, and opinion letters.
• Demonstrated courtroom advocacy skills for effective representation in IP litigation matters.
• Excellent client communication skills to manage client interactions and provide updates on case progress.
• Expertise in document review for accuracy and relevance in all stages of litigation processes.
• Experience in trial preparation, including developing strategies and organizing evidence and witnesses.
• Solid negotiation skills to achieve favorable settlements and resolutions for clients.

Salary/Stipend
