Details of the Job/Internship
Spectrum Legal is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies.
- Draft motions and other legal documents.
- Manage depositions and prepare witnesses.
- Appear before courts and represent clients in proceedings.
- Provide effective representation in litigation and arbitration matters.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
- Expertise in Civil and Commercial Litigation.
- Experience in drafting and reviewing motions and other legal documents.
- Proficiency in legal research and preparing case strategies.
- Experience in handling depositions and preparing witnesses.
- Familiarity with court procedures and appearances before courts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.
- Demonstrated commitment to ethical and professional standards.
- Proven experience in litigation or arbitration is preferred.
