Details of the Job/Internship
Swati Shankar & Associates is hiring a Litigation Associate with 0–3 years of experience to join their team in Delhi NCR.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent the firm by making court appearances and assisting in hearings.
- Draft petitions, applications, pleadings, and legal notices.
- Perform thorough legal research and engage in comprehensive case preparation.
- Manage client coordination and day-to-day case management duties.
- Assist in handling criminal, civil, matrimonial, and property-related litigation.
- Participate in complex legal matters across the Supreme Court and other tribunals.
Eligibility
- Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 0–3 years of litigation experience is preferred.
- Strong drafting and research skills.
- A serious interest in pursuing a career in litigation practice.
