Details of the Job/Internship
Tree of Life Associates (TLA) is hiring a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join its office in Bengaluru. The role offers the opportunity to work on labour and employment law matters, as well as corporate and commercial disputes, while collaborating across multiple practice areas within the firm.
Role and Responsibilities
- Represent clients before High Courts, Labour Courts, Tribunals, and other judicial or quasi-judicial bodies.
- Draft pleadings, written statements, legal opinions, and submissions for various litigation matters.
- Manage and assist in employment, commercial, contractual, and regulatory disputes.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and contribute to strategic case planning.
- Collaborate with other practice areas and senior counsel to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university.
- 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
- Prior experience in litigation with a demonstrated interest in labour and employment law.
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently while coordinating with internal teams.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
