Details of the Job/Internship

Tree of Life Associates is hiring a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and case law analysis.
• Assist in case strategy planning and execution under the supervision of partners or senior counsel.
• Handle filings, drafting, and appearances in various forums.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and ensure timely case management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed law school or university.
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience in litigation practice.
• Proficiency in labour and employment matters, NCLT, recovery suits, and commercial disputes.
• Strong drafting, research, and argumentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently across forums.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience liaising with clients, counsel, and regulatory authorities.
• Knowledge of Kannada is mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
