Details of the Job/Internship

TS Law Chambers is hiring a Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience in litigation, preferably with practice before the Delhi High Court.

Role and Responsibilities

• Appear before the Supreme Court, High Courts, District Courts, Arbitration Tribunals, and other forums.
• Summarize and brief cases effectively.
• Draft pleadings including brief notes, written submissions, counter affidavits, and status reports.
• Conduct legal research on diverse propositions using research databases within strict timelines.
• Manage administrative and client-related tasks including compliances and case management.

Eligibility

• LL.B. graduate with 2–5 years of experience in a litigation office.
• Prior experience with Delhi High Court matters is preferred.
• Strong drafting, research, and client handling skills.

Salary/Stipend

₹20,000 – ₹40,000 per month
