Details of the Job/Internship
TS Law Chambers is hiring a Litigation Associate with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear daily before the Supreme Court, High Court, District Courts, Arbitration Tribunals, and other legal forums.
- Prepare concise case briefs.
- Draft written submissions, counter affidavits, brief notes, and status reports.
- Conduct time-bound legal research using online databases.
- Manage administrative tasks related to cases, including client communication and compliance.
Eligibility
- 2–5 years of experience in a litigation office, preferably at the Delhi High Court.
- Strong drafting, research, and courtroom skills.
Salary/Stipend
Rs 20,000 – Rs 40,000
