Details of the Job/Internship

Tvarita Law Circle is hiring Litigation Associates with 1–3 years of experience to join their office in Greater Kailash Part-1, New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in handling arbitration and litigation cases.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case briefs and pleadings.
• Attend court hearings and client meetings.
• Draft legal notices, replies, and legal opinions across practice areas.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Prior experience in litigation or dispute resolution is preferred.
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
