Details of the Job/Internship

Vikram Kapoor & Co. is hiring a Litigation Associate with experience of 0 to 2 years to join their office in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Attend court hearings and trials to observe and assist as needed.
• Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurately filed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and discussing case details.

Eligibility

• LL.B. degree from a recognized university.Enrollment with the State Bar Council.
• 0-2 years of experience in legal practice.
• Strong research, analytical, and drafting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Salary/Stipend
